Choose from 12 hand rolls & 10 yakimono — about 3–4 per guest (200-item minimum).
Reserve your date
A $750 deposit holds it, with at least 14 days' lead.
We arrive & set up
Up to 2 chefs, 30–60 min early — tables, linens, plates & 3 sauces included.
Live service
Two hours of made-to-order temaki while you host. We pack down and go.
